About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Manager to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and continuous performance improvements across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business cases for capital spending and equipment leasing to support revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Manage financial aspects of capital spending and leasing, including budgeting and performance planning.
  • Act as the SIM (DSCQP) manager for our SAB market, ensuring plant structure assessments are carried out and report findings are verified.
  • Coordinate yearly business reviews and develop business cases for sales price increases.
  • Review and optimize plant and construction operations, developing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Coordinate regional branded products initiatives and identify cost savings and synergistic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business unit management and operations staff to drive performance improvements.
  • Work closely with the SAB SVP on corporate initiatives and strategies.

  • Apply product line best practices consistently.
  • Manage capital spending and leasing for the SAB market.
  • Review and monitor KPIs.
  • Coordinate Strategic Market Reviews.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree / College Diploma in a related business field (Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Business).
  • Two to five years of experience required.
