Your Impact
As part of our Digital Organization Business Operations Team, you'll drive strategic initiatives, governance, and process transformation projects to boost revenue growth and efficiency. You'll design, implement, and govern business processes to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership from Cloud Services, Network & Infrastructure Ops, IT, and Global Security teams to define business-critical policies and procedures.
What You'll Achieve
• Develop and design tools to enhance efficiency and drive operational excellence.
• Build and implement an automation roadmap to streamline processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Create detailed project plans to implement improvements and corrective actions.
• Analyze new business requirements to recommend effective solutions to issues.
• Identify and correct data feed/links and data quality issues.
• Foster positive relationships with internal customers and stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop clear presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations for decision-makers.
What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, analytical, or process automation roles.
• Strong technical background with programming language experience like Python or Java and understanding of databases and APIs.
• Experience automating business processes with measurable results in time and cost savings.
• Experience analyzing systems and workflow solutions aligned with corporate strategy and goals.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simpler concepts and communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues.
• Proven experience problem-solving and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and deliver consistent results for the business.
