About the Role
The Senior Cloud Business Analyst will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation at OpenText. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to partner with top companies worldwide, tackle complex challenges, and contribute to projects that shape the future of digital transformation.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for identifying, reporting, and evaluating various metrics and data points related to cloud platforms, as well as KPIs. This requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms and the ability to document and analyze data effectively. Your role will also involve guiding senior leadership in making informed decisions regarding services and tracking KPIs.
What the Role Offers
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
- Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications, and recommending controls.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
What You Need to Succeed
- Require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
- Interact with engineering, product management, professional services, infrastructure architecture, and other operations teams, and at a senior level may interact with customers.
- Display leadership abilities to guide team members through complex analysis.
- Make key business and technical recommendations in concert with peers, team members, manager, and senior leaders.
- Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or SQL experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
