Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory levels, ensure accurate ordering, and maintain high standards of stockroom organization.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional support to customers, responding to their needs and concerns with expertise.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of auto parts, effectively communicating product features and recommendations to customers.
  • Ordering and Fulfillment: Swiftly process orders, verify accuracy, and coordinate efficient delivery or pickup of requested parts.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Auto Parts Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of auto parts, including components, applications, and compatibility.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and external partners to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Inventory Management Skills: Proven ability to efficiently manage inventory levels, track stock, and optimize storage space.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate a strong willingness to collaborate with colleagues, adapt to changing situations, and contribute to a positive work environment.
