A challenging opportunity awaits a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Care Nurse to join our team in Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional clinical care to pediatric clients in community settings, including those with palliative needs.

With a strong background in nursing, you will leverage your skills and experience to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Your expertise in caring for pediatric clients, including those with tracheostomies, wound care, HPT, and central lines, will be invaluable in this role.

We are seeking an individual who is self-directed, able to work independently, and possesses excellent organizational and time management skills. Your ability to lift and carry medical bags, which weigh approximately 12-20 kg, is essential for this position.

The successful candidate will have recent experience in the care of pediatric clients and will be proficient in using Meditech and Connect Care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required for effective collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
