Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Customer Support Professional to join our team at Calgary Mercantile Diversified Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: You will be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns, explaining the type and cost of services offered, and maintaining records and statistics.
  • Business Development: You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs. This will involve gathering and researching relevant information, preparing communications material, and consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Office Management: You will perform general office duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Requirements:
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: You must have at least 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer support and business development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in digital tools.
