Job Description

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expanding margin dollars in under-penetrated accounts. The successful candidate will possess excellent prospecting skills, a strong understanding of sales cycles, and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value customers, leveraging all available resources to expand revenue streams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in new customer sales, preferably within the green industry.
  • A proven track record of success in prospecting, negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of sales cycles, solution selling techniques, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • An undergraduate degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.
