Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Deville Technologies is a leading technology firm that seeks an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end audit firms, with substantial experience as an Audit Manager. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and strategic financial planning to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and oversee the audit process.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Design and implement robust internal control systems, streamlining financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Leader will collaborate with senior management on long-term financial planning, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
  • CPA designation or equivalent, plus a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a CA role.
  • 2 years + of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with multi-company and intercompany transactions.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
