About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Assistant to join our team at PRABH FLOORING & FINISHING LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Safely load and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Read Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Level and Prepare Surfaces: Level earth to fine grade specifications and prepare surfaces for flooring installation.
  • Clean and Organize: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working at various locations, including construction sites and warehouses. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 35-44 hours per week.
