Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floorcovering Installer Helper to join our team at PRABH FLOORING & FINISHING LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of flooring materials, loading and unloading construction materials, and performing various tasks related to ground preparation and paving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Assist in the installation of flooring materials, including reading blueprints to determine work requirements.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 to 44 hours per week. The work environment is varied, with tasks performed at various locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
