Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floorcovering Installer Helper to join our team at PRABH FLOORING & FINISHING LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of flooring materials, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Read blueprints and determine work requirements to ensure accurate installation.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a stable surface for flooring installation.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Assist in paving and raking asphalt, ensuring a smooth and even surface.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work 35-44 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
