**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and optimize their financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work collaboratively with personal finance advisors to improve the service offered to members, focusing on administrative, sales, and service aspects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of financial solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of our members and clients.
