Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Service Representative to support our business growth in Quebec. The primary responsibility is to develop the client base, identify clients' needs, and promote our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Onboarding

Create a customer-oriented culture where clients are respected, including welcoming clients with greetings and providing walk-in clients with refreshments.

Phone and Email Support

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely, friendly, and effective manner, providing quality services to clients over the phone, through the internet, and/or face-to-face.

Customer Verification

Perform customer verification in accordance with requirements and policies.

Needs Assessment

Identify and assess clients' needs to reach solutions and achieve satisfaction.

Record Keeping

Keep records of communication with clients and records of transactions.

Internal Collaboration

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments when necessary.

Relationship Building

Build sustainable relationships with clients through trust and communication.

Training and Development

Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance, such as regulations and guidelines issued by FINTRAC and our internal policies.

System Effectiveness

Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in using our business processing systems.

Performance Metrics

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Work Environment

Maintain a clean work environment.

Training Assessments

Achieve a score of no less than 90% in each of the ongoing training assessments.

Requirements

  1. Phone Handling Skills

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

CRM Familiarity

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Customer Orientation

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of circumstances.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Time Management

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Language Proficiency

Mandarin proficiency is mandatory in order to service our Mandarin-speaking clients.
