Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough testing of geology and mining software packages.
• Collaborate with the software development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality.
• Provide exceptional customer support, communicating technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in geology and mining software.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geological Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other general mining software packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English is compulsory, with French or Spanish being a nice to have.
