Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
