Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
