We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY (CROSSIRON MILLS- ROCKY VIEW). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions
  • Establish work schedules and manage inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Urban area retail business experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
