Strategic HR Officer Position

Value Mobile is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Strategic HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our company by driving strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive work environment and support business growth.
Job SummaryWe are offering a competitive salary of $**60,000** per annum for this exciting opportunity. As a Strategic HR Officer, you will be responsible for leading various aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- Employee Engagement: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.
- 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field;
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications;
- Valid driver's license (for travel to and from work).
