We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at RhynoCare Healthcare. As an RPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.
  • Ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of resident care.

Requirements:

  • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Able to work with persons with infectious diseases.
  • BLS Certificate.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR.
  • Proof of current immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (MMRV) and negative TB skin test within one year.
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shift times and float between units as needed.
