Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Plan and create menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they are presented in a visually appealing way.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. They will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
