Job Title: Line Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Food Safety Certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
