Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Fiore Group Training, inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage training and development strategies
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Work Environment
35 hours per week
English
