Aftermarket Team Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to lead our Aftermarket team at our Saskatoon, SK location. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Aftermarket Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient order processing, and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the Aftermarket team
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Customer Support:
- Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services
- Ensure the team provides clear and professional communication
- Implement strategies to offer solutions that resolve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Ensure the team stays updated on product updates and changes
- Oversee efforts to educate customers on product features and usage
- Problem Resolution:
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems
- Ensure follow-up with customers to guarantee their concerns are resolved
Desired Qualifications & Traits:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role or 5+ years parts counter experience with a desire to expand into a leadership role
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-service related role ideal
- Knowledge of agricultural products and processes is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
