Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate the work of security personnel.
  • Client Support: Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring a swift and effective response.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other reports as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
