Security Supervisor

MAMBA SECURITY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate Security Operations: Plan and coordinate security schedules, programs, and activities to ensure effective security coverage.
- Supervise Security Team Members: Train, mentor, and supervise security team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor Security Operations: Conduct regular site visits and monitor security operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Report and Analyze Security Incidents: Investigate and report on security incidents, analyzing the root cause and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as HR and Facilities, to ensure a cohesive and effective security program.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in security-related software and systems.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
