Security Supervisor

MAMBA SECURITY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate security events, programs, and activities
- Supervise and train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Monitor quality and production levels, and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to security personnel
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure a safe and secure work environment
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Work under pressure
