Quesada Burritos & Tacos is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement budget and cost estimates to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance and customer feedback.
