Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Description: We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team at HB Restaurant Inc. This is a permanent position with 30 to 35 hours per week. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will also train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Additionally, you will ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Other responsibilities include preparing budget and cost estimates, addressing customer complaints or concerns, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be able to stand for extended periods.
