Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Remarcable Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers, assisting with the integration of our cloud-based platform with various contractors and suppliers in the distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in integrating Remarcable with various contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth data flow
  • Set up and troubleshoot EDI/API integrations
  • Interact and coordinate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Gain an understanding of common distribution ERP and accounting systems to assist in client integrations and support
  • Update and improve integrations with existing trading partners
  • Monitor daily electronic information exchange and alert team of issues
  • Create/edit technical documentation for the use of clients
Requirements:
  • Experience with electronic integrations between different software and database systems - EDI, API, Punchout, etc
  • Excellent and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly – is "tech savvy"
  • Looking to broaden your horizons in the technology industry
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related IT degree
  • Experience in the construction or distribution industries would be an asset
  • An inherent curiosity with the desire to dig deep to solve complex problems
  • A client service mentality, with the adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other people
  • A sense of ownership in the work that you do. Strong work ethic and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
