About the Role
The Associate Director will be responsible for preparing estimates on internal and external projects as per client requirements. This role involves providing pricing/budgets and developing long-term business growth by building professional relationships with customers and mentoring estimating staff.
The successful candidate will develop industry relationships and prepare strategies from a business generation and project delivery perspective. They will mentor a team across various Mining and Natural Resources projects, attend scope review meetings, and review project documents to identify potential pricing gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate estimate preparation for internal and external projects as required by clients.
- Provide pricing/budgets and develop strategies for long-term business growth.
- Develop industry relationships and prepare strategies for business generation and project delivery.
- Mentor a team across various Mining and Natural Resources projects.
- Attend and participate in project scope review meetings.
- Review project documents and identify potential pricing gaps.
