Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team in Markham, ON, Canada. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and fostering a positive work environment.

About the Role:
  • Partner with the US & Canada Leadership Team to set objectives and ensure Canadian business goals are seamlessly integrated.
  • Lead talent planning, talent acquisition, and learning & development initiatives to build a strong, diverse workforce and cultivate future leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment through effective communication, policies, and practices.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development to your HRBP Manager and lead your team in delivering top-notch HR solutions and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on Canadian HR regulations and partner with the legal team to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
About You:
  • Proven track record in HR leadership with a strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Experience building and leading HR teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with business leaders to achieve common goals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Passion for building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Understanding of Canadian employment law a plus.
