Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to support student learning and well-being
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, as well as consultation to teachers and parents
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support student success
  • Develop and maintain accurate and confidential records of student assessments and interventions
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in school psychology
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology and Certificate of Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario/Manitoba
  • Experience working with children and youth in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and regulations related to the delivery of psychological services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
