Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to patients/clients working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary care team. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care, participate in discharge planning, and teach clients and their families about illness/injury and overall health promotion and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
