Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Axios Mining Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions and improve technical support processes
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
