About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ana's Care and Home Support LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date data, statistics, and information, and ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the organization's physical workspace is well-maintained and organized.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Technology and Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
