Account Growth Strategist

As an experienced Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across a portfolio of high-value accounts. With 8+ years of experience in account management or customer success within a SaaS company, you will leverage your strong relationship-building skills to retain and grow these accounts.
The ideal candidate will have commercial acumen and experience driving account annual revenue. You will collaborate with customer success and professional services teams to drive product adoption and ensure client satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to thrive in a remote setting. You will also be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue within set portfolios.
