Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
- Ensure that our office is well-organized and that all necessary equipment and resources are available.
- Data Management
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Hours
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
