Health Care Aide Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Aide to join our team at YARROW LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
About the RoleThis is an on-site position that requires providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Health Care Aide, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their daily needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for administering medication, taking vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including changing bed pans and emptying trash
- Transport patients safely and securely
- Respond to call signals and provide assistance as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Health Care Aide Certificate
- Criminal record check and immunization records
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
The estimated salary for this role is $25-$30 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include health benefits, dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, and financial benefits as per collective agreement.
