- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning, with the ability to create innovative and appealing dishes.
- 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
- English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
