We are seeking a highly skilled EHR Systems Analyst to join our team at HCLTech. As an EHR Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
Key Responsibilities- EHR System Maintenance:
- Collaborate with IT professionals, including software developers and database administrators, to ensure seamless integration of the EHR system.
- Workflow Optimization:
- Analyze existing workflows for registration, scheduling, and other clinical processes.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- FHIR Integration:
- Ensure successful integration of third-party systems via FHIR standards.
- CCL Coding:
- Write and optimize Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts to customize and enhance system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug CCL code as needed.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation related to the EHR system.
- Train end-users on system features and best practices.
- Proficiency in Cerner workflows and system configuration.
- Experience with FHIR standards and HL7 interfaces.
- Comfortable with Cerner Command Language (CCL) coding.
- Certification in Cerner Millennium is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes and clinical workflows is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
