- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that clients receive the most current and accurate financial information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business development strategies, driving growth and revenue for the organization.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans to meet the needs of clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and investment advice.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study, such as finance, economics, or business.
- CFP designation or equivalent certification preferred.
- Advanced working knowledge of financial industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial plans.
