**Job Summary**

Indigo Park Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Counsel to join its in-house team. As a key member of the organization, you will provide operational, legal, and strategic advice to the management and executive leadership teams on a broad range of issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Negotiate and draft core commercial services agreements and leases
  • Provide ongoing work in compliance and related policies and procedures
  • Support the business in other disciplines, including corporate, finance, employment/labour, risk management/insurance, and information technology
  • Work closely with the General Counsel on governance projects and initiatives

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial and/or real estate law, in a combination of in-house and large or mid-sized private practice environments
  • Licensed to practice law in Canada
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional projects
  • Impeccable English, written and spoken; bilingual in French is an asset

**Work Environment**

Indigo Park Canada Inc. offers a hybrid remote work arrangement in Vancouver, BC.
