Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Community School Setting

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in a community school setting. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care and personal support to pediatric clients in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in a school-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and school staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current CPR certification
  • Updated immunization records and clear criminal background check
