Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Radiant Care Pleasant Manor. As a key member of our nursing department, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and efficient personal care for residents, including activities of daily living.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a respectful and courteous manner.
  • Adapt to changing resident needs and adjust service delivery as required.
  • Observe and report changes in resident status.
  • Record necessary data on resident health and service provision.
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of Ontario.
  • A member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Training and education in caring for seniors in long-term care.
  • Demonstrated experience in caring for seniors in long-term care.
  • Demonstrated experience in documentation and care planning.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Computer skills.
