Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Full Time Visit Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our team as a Full Time Visit RPN. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in the Niagara community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, utilizing a wide range of clinical skills, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching.
  • Travel throughout the Niagara Region to provide care to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire
  • Current CPR certification required
  • IV trained required
