Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Full Time Visit Role

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in the Niagara Region. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes, making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching.
  • Travel throughout the Niagara Region to visit clients, utilizing a reliable vehicle.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Teach and delegate tasks to various levels of staff and client family members.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a valid license to practice in Ontario.
  • Current CPR certification and IV training.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Updated immunization records and clear criminal background check.
