Food Service Manager

At Brigadier Equities Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock levels, and staff performance.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
