Food Service Manager

At Brigadier Equities Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory levels.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- 5-10 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a restaurant or food service establishment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity.
- Standing for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
