Food Service Manager

At Brigadier Equities Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and communicate with staff, management, and customers as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
