About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Marigold Unique Flavour. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business demands
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and service
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, exceeding customer expectations
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
